I’ve won you over by now, right? (YAY!) My heart is already bursting with excitement to welcome you into this little family of mine. Now, we’re onto the next step—which, let’s be honest, isn’t the most fun part (because let’s face it, I’m way more fun to hang out with than paperwork). But don’t worry—it’s quick and easy! I’ll send over a contract and an invoice, and once that’s all set, you’ll be officially booked! Cue the happy dances and all the excitement because we’re about to make magic together!

So, our next step is to start planning all the details. We’ll chat about outfits, dreamy locations, dates, and your vision for the session. It’s basically the perfect coffee date convo, don’t you think? We’ll get everything on the calendar ASAP so you’ll have plenty of time to use these gorgeous photos before the big day. 05. Keep in touch
I promise I’m not trying to come off as desperate, but you’ll definitely hear from me a handful of times before your session or big day (don’t worry, no triple-texting here, haha!). I just love checking in to see how you’re doing and making sure you’ve got everything you need from me. I’ll also follow up on any details we’ve chatted about before, and don’t be surprised if you feel the love from me on socials—I can’t help it! I’m just so excited and honored to have a little piece of your beautiful story in my hands.

Okay, promise you won’t hate me—just one more round of questions from me, I swear! About a week before your session and two months before your big day, I’ll send over a fun little questionnaire. This one dives deep into all the details about your session, your wedding, and you! It helps me craft an experience that’s as unique and special as your love story. Of course, I’m always here if you have any questions or need anything at all—just say the word!

Right before your session or wedding day, we’ll touch base to make sure every little detail is perfectly squared away. Have I mentioned I’m a total type A planner? Guilty as charged! (Sorry, not sorry.) But here’s the thing—it’s all so you can completely relax and soak up every moment in front of the camera. Let me handle the planning, timing, and all the tricky stuff, while you focus on enjoying this incredible time. I’ve got you covered!

For my portrait clients, your gallery will be ready to hit your inbox in just two weeks—get ready to fall in love all over again. And to my amazing wedding couples, you’ll have some gorgeous sneak peeks within a week of your big day (I mean, how could I keep that magic to myself?!). Your full wedding gallery will be ready in 8 weeks, and I promise, every single moment will be worth the wait. I can’t wait for you to see it all!

I have a network of trusted photographers who I would reach out to in an emergency. Your gallery would still be edited by me so you will still receive Em Katherine quality images.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! I believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your home, in my studio, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, I'm open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you. But, if you need assistance choosing a location, let me know and I'll share some of my favorites with you!
