The store was quiet—just one other customer and the shop owner minding their business—so it truly felt like these two lovebirds had the whole place to themselves. Nestled in the heart of Geneva, IL, surrounded by shelves upon shelves of vintage records, Josephine and Anthony’s engagement session was like stepping into a dreamy, vinyl-spun love story. Especially because I also distinctly remember a single ray of light falling through the windows, illuminating the love unfolding before my eyes. They found a cozy corner to settle into, hand in hand, their heads leaning close, whispering and giggling like it was just another beautiful moment in their everyday life. And then it happened—those giggles turned into full-on laughter. The kind that’s contagious. The kind that fills a space with sunshine. The kind that makes you stop and soak in the magic of a moment.
